SpeedyReedy is a web-based reading and learning application that provides tools, exercises, and educational content designed to improve reading efficiency and comprehension.

Accounts & Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

• SpeedyReedy may offer free and paid plans.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends.
• Pricing and features may change with advance notice.
• Payments are processed through a third-party provider. We do not store payment card details.

Lifetime Course Access

Certain purchases grant lifetime access to course content. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the SpeedyReedy service and does not guarantee perpetual availability. Access is personal, non-transferable, and for individual use only.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or import. You represent that you have the legal right to use such content. SpeedyReedy does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All SpeedyReedy software, course materials, branding, and original content are owned by SpeedyReedy and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Availability & Termination

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

Educational Disclaimer

SpeedyReedy provides educational tools and content for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding reading speed, comprehension improvement, or outcomes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeedyReedy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeedyReedy’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to SpeedyReedy in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will be posted. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
